The personal data provided by users through the website will be processed by ROCA MUSCLERA, S.L.U., and/or the other companies mentioned above, for the following purposes, depending on the services or functionalities with which they interact:

- Personnel selection process: to manage the curriculum sent by the interested person through the form enabled for this purpose and include it in the database of candidates of Grup Blasi, in order to assess the candidacy in present or future selection processes.
The legitimate basis for managing and processing the curriculum of the person concerned is their consent, which manifests itself in an affirmative action to send the same and select the acceptance box of our Privacy Policy prior to shipment.
The selection process for the coverage of ordinary vacancies - but not the management of internships - is carried out through the external platform Talent Clue, which acts as data processor, under contract with ROCA MUSCLERA, S.L.U.

- Management of whistle-blowing channels (Ethics Channel): processing of personal data provided through the Ethics Channel in order to prevent, detect and correct breaches of current regulations or the Group's internal regulations, as well as to process and investigate the complaint, in compliance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption.

- Management of animal adoption applications: data processing to put interested persons in contact with the entities or individuals responsible for the adoptions, as well as to facilitate the follow-up of the application and to assume the veterinary expenses and the registration of the animal.

- Compliance with legal obligations: storage and processing of data when necessary to comply with legal obligations or requirements of competent authorities.

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, or until opposition or deletion is requested, always respecting the legally established deadlines. In the case of CVs sent through the “Work at Grup Blasi” section, these will be processed by the company ROCA MUSCLERA, S.L.U. for the purpose of managing participation in future selection processes, and will be kept for a maximum of two (2) years before being deleted.
