On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Grup Blasi has promoted several internal initiatives to reaffirm its commitment to equality and to the creation of safe, respectful and discrimination-free working environments.

Among the initiatives carried out, on 2 March a talk was organised with journalist and writer Cristina Fallarás, promoter of the #Cuéntalo movement. The session created an open space for dialogue around safety, respect and collective responsibility in the face of the violence and inequalities that still persist in society.

At the same time, an anonymous space was enabled so that employees could share experiences related to safety and respect in any area of their lives. The contributions received have helped to highlight situations that often remain silent and that deserve to be heard and addressed.

These initiatives are part of Grup Blasi’s commitment to promoting equal opportunities, raising awareness and building an organisational culture based on respect, listening and shared responsibility.
